Today, ONE Agency, Belgium's largest integrator and service provider in the field of open source Drupal technology and part of AUSY Group, announces the acquisition of the Ghent-based industry specialist CrossCheck (formerly dotProjects). CrossCheck represents a turnover of 2M€ and counts 24 employees. Together, the organizations employ over 120 web experts.

After several years of intensive cooperation in national and international projects, ONE Agency and CrossCheck join forces. From now on not only as partners, but as colleagues.

CrossCheck has been active in the industry since 2004 and has built up an impressive portfolio of clients and projects. Their focus is on strategic web projects that touch and optimize key business processes that are critical for customers. This vision is fully consistent with the vision of ONE Agency itself.

CrossCheck’s experts will reinforce the ONE Agency team that will operate from the existing office in Ghent. The daily management of the teams in Ghent remains in the hands of Luc Meertens and Frederik Van Outryve. Both will also share their experience and skills within the broader AUSY Belgium.

"CrossCheck is a healthy, experienced and innovative company. With this important acquisition we support our growth strategy" says Andy Stynen, Director of ONE Agency.

"The integration in the AUSY Group gives us the opportunity to apply the very specific expertise that we have developed over the past 10 years on a new scale. In addition, this acquisition also offers new opportunities for the career development of our employees." say Luc Meertens and Frederik Van Outryve.

With this acquisition, ONE Agency strengthens its market position around Drupal technology ( The new alliance remains the largest and most experienced provider of Drupal implementations and services in Belgium.

The announcement comes just at the end of DrupalCon Amsterdam, the big six-monthly conference for Drupal developers that brought more than 2000 developers to the Dutch capital last week. The popular platform for building interactive websites is thus showing its importance not only in the United States - where the Belgian Drupal founder Dries Buytaert has been attracting widespread attention for several years with his company Acquia - but especially in Europe. This acquisition, the largest in the industry this year, is living proof of that.

"ONE Agency will, in addition to strengthening its core competencies, continue to invest in the development of other web technologies over the coming months. Both through acquisitions and organic growth." concludes Andy Stynen, Director
