We started with the complete renewal of the corporate identity, including a fresh update of the logo, business cards and other corporate documents. For the website we created an attractive look & feel, including a lot of new photographs and designs. The challenge for the website was to present all the textual information in a dynamic and visual way. ONE Agency was responsible for design, photography, wireframing and the development of the website in Drupal.

And so we did, together with a completely new responsive design, ONE tried to enforce the mission and goals of Leonardo Energy by implementing a better search mechanism on available resources.

Still we are in an ongoing process to keep improving the usability of Leonardo Energy, thanks to the great cooperation and feedback of users all over the world we believe in the success of this project.

The main goal is to share a certain experience with the visitor when browsing the content of a department. Linked to a department, visitors can find more information about the extended range of courses and news. Each course provides the visitor with information in a structured way. That’s why, we had to build a flexible menu generator (and management system), which creates 2 menu’s, a general and a specific, for each course that will be added. The general menu, contains the same items, for all courses, but has specific pages per course. For the mobile version, an extensive study was made, to define which elements needed to be shown. Students, using their mobile to access this website, only want to see department and course specific information… Less is more!

...made on the Conimbo platform and existing out of just one page! This creates an easy view on Arkafund's mission, board members, press releases, partners and participations.

The television station VT4 was completely rebranded in the summer of 2012, together with its twin sister VijfTV". The channel got new programmes, a completely new look and feel, a new name "Vier" ("Four") and a new logo. As a part of this process, ONE Agency, built a new and fancy website in Drupal 7. We were facing a tight deadline, which was met on time. To achieve this we teamed up with Wijs for the Information Architecture & Design, a very fruitful collaboration.
The new website has a clean design with a primary focus on the programmes, a beautiful and practical TV guide, special pages for all the TV programmes including trailers, a games section and a deep integration with social media. As more and more people who watch television are engaging with another screen at the same time, the new website and the way it is structured will help to bridge the gap between the TV and online audiences.

The tourism association of the Belgian province of Limburg has recently launched an innovative new website that allows users to find a lot more information that they did not have access to before. The website is a complete facelift from the old tourism website.
ONE Agency designed and developed the website in Drupal 7. The structure makes it easy for potential visitors to discover what type of touristic destination will relate to their interests. A "lodging finder" facilitates to locate every type of accomodation, including hotels, hostels, bed and breakfasts, camping grounds, family holiday parks, etc. The website also allows visitors to save destinations to their personal "holiday wish list", and also offers games, a newsletter integration and social media integration.
We are very proud of this project and are confident the new website will result in an increase of tourism numbers in the province.

ZEB's customer service upholds the same standards both offline and online. Visitors can consult a detailed FAQ section and a handy measurement conversion table.
ONE Agency developed the website with Drupal 7 Commerce.

The digital school platform was created with a Drupal setup using organic groups, spaces and features. It has been tailor-made to fit the communication and documentation requirements of many groups of educational users in a single user-friendly platform: school administrators, teachers, nursery and day care staff, paramedics, and others. All these groups can manage information relevant to their line of work. In addition, parents and pupils can also use the system to retrieve specific information, such as events, school grades and internships.
This platform will be rolled out gradually in the next years in an "agile" way. As real users start using the platform, feedback on real life experience will become available, resulting in continuous adjustments of the functions and their priorities of the platform. This will result in a larger degree of acceptance by the very same users. At ONE Agency, this agile way of working is crucial to enhance the success of any website.

The task of the Agency is to execute the economical policy of the Flemish government and to prepare its operational implementation. The agency informs, advises and stimulates enterpreneurs by providing subsidies. As a part of this website, ONE Agency has created a subsidy database.

Thanks to the facetted search, a visitor will always find quickly what he or she is looking for. Visitors can also subscribe on the HRJ newsletters to stay informed about the lateste news.
The website is created in Dutch & French, and will soon be available in German and English too.

You can consult the – bilingual – report at www.Coreliojaarverslag.be.

The mobile application makes it easy for visitors to get extended information on the images before, during and after the expo. Visitors will be able to look up technical information (such as shutter speed and aperture), background information on the photographer and additional multimedia. Every panel has a caption with a single QR code and thus can multilingual info be obtained.
Last year ONE Agency designed the World Press Photo website, so the design of the app was adapted to the original of the website. Accordingly when using the app, the database of the website is utilized. The primary goals are introducing a more personalized experience to the visitors and keep them engaged even after leaving the exhibition.

At Harol every product is designed, inspected and tested with the utmost care to guarantee quality and service. These focus on products is also applied on the website. The visitor can use a filter system based on product type, target group and their specific needs to find the product that he needs. Several technical files and clear pictures make the whole product information complete so that the visitor can make the right purchase decision. To find the nearest point of sales easily, the visitor can use the dealer locator. In Belgium this information is based on an external webservice that contains all the dealer information and their locations. For France, Germany and The Netherlands we have made a dynamic map where visitors can request the dealers by region. Next to the B2C website, ONE Agency also built a version for the B2B market, such as architects. The challenge here was to provide the correct information to both target groups.

The previous website received on average 34.000 visitors per week, but Ackroyd wanted to expand that number. They also wanted to adapt the website to the wishes and profile of the visitors.
To accomplish these goals, we have chosen to change the structure of the website totally. The focus is now more on the interactive parts, such as Q&A and the classifieds. We wanted to give the expats community a platform where they can find answers to all of their questions. The website holds an event calendar that expats can use to expand network, and Facebook/Twitter sharing is included.
Besides the traditional display advertising possibilities, the jobs section received a total makeover and is a lot more profitable for advertisers.
The target audience consists mainly of Brussels expats. For that reason we have chosen to integrate the content of the website with the editorial content of The Bulletin, the most bought English magazine in Belgium.

Armed with this mission, we took the visitor to 'Combell Island', a carefree place on an idyllic island in the ocean and a quiet place where customers can enjoy all of Combell's services.
This was realized by pimping an ice cream cart that drove across the country to reward existing and prospect customers with a delicious ice cream while taking pictures of the staff, enjoying their ice cream on the magical Combell Island.
ONE Agency developed a playful website in Drupal on which these pictures were posted and could be shared on social networks. In addition, we designed a nice postcard-shaped flyer with more information. We added a visual teaser for the Combell Facebook page. Becoming a fan gave access to Combell Island and the pictures.
The entire campaign was a huge success and lead to new conversions and an improved company visibility.

The content of this site is automatically imported from the main website, so that no separate content management is necessary.

The new website extends the concept of the museum collection: next to the physical collection it also reveals a digital one that is only available online. Obviously this website is media rich: the collection consists of many images, audio and video footage.
A special feature is that the visitor can make his own museum by selecting his favorite pieces of the digital collection. The target group of thew website is a very wide range of people of all ages: children, adolescents and their parents, locals and visitors from further away.
Several elements contribute to a true web 2.0 experience: the website contains multiple blogs, visitors can share content and can comment on the different parts of the content, and can eve rate the collection items. While the structure and the design of the site has not fundamentally changed, the new site is completely modernized and is now based on Conimbo, a Drupal distribution on a SaaS basis.
Conimbo includes a full CMS, so that Komatsu staff can easily modify all the content of the site itself. Another benefit is that the site, which is currently in English and German, can be easily expanded into Spanish, Russian and Japanese. Conimbo also supports languages with non-Latin characters, which is important to a global company like Komatsu Mining Germany. Maintaining a site in multiple languages with editors across the globe is easy with Drupal.
With this renewed site, ONE Agency has entered the German market. Editor training to Komatsu Mining Germany has been given in German, and ONE Agency is planning to expand further into Germany via local partners.

The purpose of this 8 language website is to inspire visitors, mainly fabricators and architects, to create beautiful projects with aluminium, but also to increase traffic towards
www.reynaers.com, to create differentiation between Reynaers and its competition, and to improve brand awareness and familiarity.

But also the internal support staff of Telenet use the same Drupal platform as their knowledge base.
The powerful search function has been developed by using Apache Solr, and works in a multilingual mode. This development has been done together in splendid collaboration with Acquia Inc.

This Intranet, baptized "ServiceNet", is an extension into The Netherlands of the Belgian Intranet of ThePhoneHouse that was previously developed by ONE Agency.
It includes many features, such as a knowledge base, a chat function, store maps (integrated with Google Maps), news, private messaging, an address book, a search function, a message wall and much more. This Intranet enhances the communication between the staff at the headquarters of ThePhoneHousem and at the stores and illustrates the 'open' communication strategy of the company.
This Intranet has been developed with "Symfony Framework" (an open source framework), Lucene (a powerful open source search engine) and runs on a LAMP-stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
