We started with the complete renewal of the corporate identity, including a fresh update of the logo, business cards and other corporate documents. For the website we created an attractive look & feel, including a lot of new photographs and designs. The challenge for the website was to present all the textual information in a dynamic and visual way. ONE Agency was responsible for design, photography, wireframing and the development of the website in Drupal.
And so we did, together with a completely new responsive design, ONE tried to enforce the mission and goals of Leonardo Energy by implementing a better search mechanism on available resources.
By re-structuring the main- and secondary navigation, information is easier to find and with the more dynamic homepage, visitors get new featured info on a regular basis. Still we are in an ongoing process to keep improving the usability of Leonardo Energy, thanks to the great cooperation and feedback of users all over the world we believe in the success of this project.
The main goal is to share a certain experience with the visitor when browsing the content of a department. Linked to a department, visitors can find more information about the extended range of courses and news. Each course provides the visitor with information in a structured way. That’s why, we had to build a flexible menu generator (and management system), which creates 2 menu’s, a general and a specific, for each course that will be added. The general menu, contains the same items, for all courses, but has specific pages per course. For the mobile version, an extensive study was made, to define which elements needed to be shown. Students, using their mobile to access this website, only want to see department and course specific information… Less is more!
...made on the Conimbo platform and existing out of just one page! This creates an easy view on Arkafund's mission, board members, press releases, partners and participations.
The television station VT4 was completely rebranded in the summer of 2012, together with its twin sister VijfTV". The channel got new programmes, a completely new look and feel, a new name "Vier" ("Four") and a new logo. As a part of this process, ONE Agency, built a new and fancy website in Drupal 7. We were facing a tight deadline, which was met on time. To achieve this we teamed up with Wijs for the Information Architecture & Design, a very fruitful collaboration.
The new website has a clean design with a primary focus on the programmes, a beautiful and practical TV guide, special pages for all the TV programmes including trailers, a games section and a deep integration with social media. As more and more people who watch television are engaging with another screen at the same time, the new website and the way it is structured will help to bridge the gap between the TV and online audiences.
The tourism association of the Belgian province of Limburg has recently launched an innovative new website that allows users to find a lot more information that they did not have access to before. The website is a complete facelift from the old tourism website.
ONE Agency designed and developed the website in Drupal 7. The structure makes it easy for potential visitors to discover what type of touristic destination will relate to their interests. A "lodging finder" facilitates to locate every type of accomodation, including hotels, hostels, bed and breakfasts, camping grounds, family holiday parks, etc. The website also allows visitors to save destinations to their personal "holiday wish list", and also offers games, a newsletter integration and social media integration.
We are very proud of this project and are confident the new website will result in an increase of tourism numbers in the province.
The television station VijfTV was completely rebranded in the summer of 2012. The channel got new programmes, a completely new look and feel, a new name "Vijf" ("Five") and a new logo. As a part of this process, ONE Agency built a new and fancy website in Drupal 7. We were up to a thight deadline, which was met on time. We teamed up with Wijs to come up with the Information Architecture and Designs, a very fruitful collaboration.
The new website has a clean design with a primary focus on the programmes, a beautiful and practical TV guide, special pages for all the TV programmes including trailers, cross-site search capabilities, and a strong focus on strong homepage visuals, making use of an integrated slideshow.
Detailed product images with full zoom control and detailed descriptions make everything very accessible and usable. The website also allows for numerous sales promotions, just as in the brick and mortar stores. This powerful e-shop holds more than 30 brands and 3,000 products and dynamic filters allow visitors to focus on what really matters to them, and they can add any item to a wish list before purchasing. Also vouchers and coupons are integrated into the site.
The shipping is handled by Bpost and the website is fully integrated with their shipping manager tool so that visitors do not have to leave the comfortable interface when completing a purchase. ONE Agency developed a new Drupal module to handle this Bpost integration.
ZEB's customer service upholds the same standards both offline and online. Visitors can consult a detailed FAQ section and a handy measurement conversion table.
ONE Agency developed the website with Drupal 7 Commerce.
The digital school platform was created with a Drupal setup using organic groups, spaces and features. It has been tailor-made to fit the communication and documentation requirements of many groups of educational users in a single user-friendly platform: school administrators, teachers, nursery and day care staff, paramedics, and others. All these groups can manage information relevant to their line of work. In addition, parents and pupils can also use the system to retrieve specific information, such as events, school grades and internships.
This platform will be rolled out gradually in the next years in an "agile" way. As real users start using the platform, feedback on real life experience will become available, resulting in continuous adjustments of the functions and their priorities of the platform. This will result in a larger degree of acceptance by the very same users. At ONE Agency, this agile way of working is crucial to enhance the success of any website.
The task of the Agency is to execute the economical policy of the Flemish government and to prepare its operational implementation. The agency informs, advises and stimulates enterpreneurs by providing subsidies. As a part of this website, ONE Agency has created a subsidy database.

The responsive design optimizes the website to all screen sizes and makes it easy to use with a smartphone or tablet. The homepage contains a slideshow, which guides the visitor throughout the website. Besides practical information such as opening hours and accessibility, the website also contains background information about the abbey like its history and its gardens. This project came forth from a cooperation with Digipolis Gent and Historische Huizen Gent. This website is the first one created within this broad cooperation and will soon be followed by the new site for Gravensteen Gent.
The main goal of the website is to inform the visitor, and keep them up-to-date on the latest news concerning publications, nominations and reports.
Thanks to the facetted search, a visitor will always find quickly what he or she is looking for. Visitors can also subscribe on the HRJ newsletters to stay informed about the lateste news.
The website is created in Dutch & French, and will soon be available in German and English too.
The creative design immediately catches the eye and allows a great way to visualize videos and charts. Because the dynamic aspect is very important, every page has its own background picture and hover effects were used. Furthermore, the website is easy to edit by the use of the Drupal CMS. You can consult the – bilingual – report at www.Coreliojaarverslag.be.
The mobile application makes it easy for visitors to get extended information on the images before, during and after the expo. Visitors will be able to look up technical information (such as shutter speed and aperture), background information on the photographer and additional multimedia. Every panel has a caption with a single QR code and thus can multilingual info be obtained.
Last year ONE Agency designed the World Press Photo website, so the design of the app was adapted to the original of the website. Accordingly when using the app, the database of the website is utilized. The primary goals are introducing a more personalized experience to the visitors and keep them engaged even after leaving the exhibition.
At Harol every product is designed, inspected and tested with the utmost care to guarantee quality and service. These focus on products is also applied on the website. The visitor can use a filter system based on product type, target group and their specific needs to find the product that he needs. Several technical files and clear pictures make the whole product information complete so that the visitor can make the right purchase decision. To find the nearest point of sales easily, the visitor can use the dealer locator. In Belgium this information is based on an external webservice that contains all the dealer information and their locations. For France, Germany and The Netherlands we have made a dynamic map where visitors can request the dealers by region. Next to the B2C website, ONE Agency also built a version for the B2B market, such as architects. The challenge here was to provide the correct information to both target groups.
Because our population lives much longer and are healthier than ever, several issues arise. It is the ambition of European Year 2012 to raise awareness to the public about two themes in this respect: the participation of older people in our society and the importance of solidarity between generations.
To help EY 2012 reach its goal, ONE Agency designed an implemented a website based on its Fast2Web platform. Visitors are informed about upcoming initiatives, publications and press releases. They can also read the latest news about these topics and consult testimonials of older citizens who contribute to the objectives of European Year.

For many years now Profidirect has been the supplier of gear for sportsmen and sports clubs. In 1993 Profidirect started selling equipment to football clubs in their own region. The previous website received on average 34.000 visitors per week, but Ackroyd wanted to expand that number. They also wanted to adapt the website to the wishes and profile of the visitors.
To accomplish these goals, we have chosen to change the structure of the website totally. The focus is now more on the interactive parts, such as Q&A and the classifieds. We wanted to give the expats community a platform where they can find answers to all of their questions. The website holds an event calendar that expats can use to expand network, and Facebook/Twitter sharing is included.
Besides the traditional display advertising possibilities, the jobs section received a total makeover and is a lot more profitable for advertisers.
The target audience consists mainly of Brussels expats. For that reason we have chosen to integrate the content of the website with the editorial content of The Bulletin, the most bought English magazine in Belgium.
The Standaard Boekhandel e-shop contains more than 100.000 books and has a very wide range of cds, dvds, games and gift boxes.

The new websites give a good overview of all the services that the companies offer and visitors can find all the information about biofuels. Companies can also make an appointment with Rotie for the collection of their used cooking oils and organic waste. Rotie recycles these used cooking oils, which Biodiesel Amsterdam then uses to produce second generation biodiesel.
ONE Agency was responsible for the functional analysis, design and development of both websites. Also the creation of a new house style and the photography of the Greenmills complex was done by ONE Agency. The two websites are built with the Drupal CMS framework.
The two new websites will be soon accompanied by Tankstorage Amsterdam, also a part of Greenmills.
ONE Agency realized this website based on the Conimbo Drupal distribution and the Fast2Web SaaS platform that was created specifically for the Belgian federal government. Armed with this mission, we took the visitor to 'Combell Island', a carefree place on an idyllic island in the ocean and a quiet place where customers can enjoy all of Combell's services.
This was realized by pimping an ice cream cart that drove across the country to reward existing and prospect customers with a delicious ice cream while taking pictures of the staff, enjoying their ice cream on the magical Combell Island.
ONE Agency developed a playful website in Drupal on which these pictures were posted and could be shared on social networks. In addition, we designed a nice postcard-shaped flyer with more information. We added a visual teaser for the Combell Facebook page. Becoming a fan gave access to Combell Island and the pictures.
The entire campaign was a huge success and lead to new conversions and an improved company visibility.
The first Facebook scratchcard game was developed and launched in december 2010, and boosted the number of ZEB Facebook fans from 3,000 to 31,000 within just a couple of weeks.
Subsequent editions for Valentine and Easter added thousands of new fans.
ONE Agency developed the strategy, the design and the technical development of all the scratchcard games, which were realized as Facebook apps.
More and more people are now using a smartphone to connect to the Internet. For Studio Brussel, we developed a dedicated mobile website. This site consists of a single column that is optimized for all kinds of smartphones. The information is more restricted than on the main website, and just focusses on what is really important to mobile users. The content of this site is automatically imported from the main website, so that no separate content management is necessary.
On this rich media website, visitors can view free of charge TV news items that are constantly updated in real time via external XML feeds. Regional and sports news items, as well as the TV schedule are conveniently arranged in this easy navigatable website.
Visitors can also subscribe to a newsletter. ROB-TV is also very active on social media, so links to Facebook and Twitter are prominently present.
The technical realization of the website was done with Conimbo, ONE Agency's own Drupal distribution that is offered on as SaaS.
Bbest wanted to reach its existing members better and inform them better of all their (paid) events, invite them to sign up and engange them into further activitites. Potential new members are better informed of the benefits of membership, while sponsors are activtely promoted without being too intrusive. A closed members-only section is available with material that requires paid access.
ONE Agency realized this website based on its Drupal Software-as-a-Service platform Conimbo.
On the new interactive website you can read all important news on the music industry. The site underwent a total makeover including a new graphical design, and the coolest video features have been implemented. ONE Agency added an innovative way of registring visitors by using a shopping basket mechanism. Every visitor can construct his own program by adding the tracks and demonstrations of the SAPience User Day. When complete, this information is eventually sent to the event organizers.
The new website extends the concept of the museum collection: next to the physical collection it also reveals a digital one that is only available online. Obviously this website is media rich: the collection consists of many images, audio and video footage.
A special feature is that the visitor can make his own museum by selecting his favorite pieces of the digital collection. The target group of thew website is a very wide range of people of all ages: children, adolescents and their parents, locals and visitors from further away.
Several elements contribute to a true web 2.0 experience: the website contains multiple blogs, visitors can share content and can comment on the different parts of the content, and can eve rate the collection items. By allowing visitors to participate they become real ambassadors of the museum. Obivously the website also contains things like an activity calender.
ZEB, known as the trendy fashion retailer with a youthful assortment of branded clothing for women, men and children, turned to ONE Agency for their new website. ONE Agency worked out a web communication strategy, the site's architecture, design and finally developed everything with the Drupal CMS Framework. The unique loft style of the ZEB stores was applied on the graphical design.
The site is media rich and includes many features like slideshows of the shop displays, videos and an online brochure that visitors can browse. Customers can also easily locate the nearest ZEB store with the store locator that is closely intergrated with Google Maps.
This website was a first step in the creation of the full ZEB e-shop.
While the structure and the design of the site has not fundamentally changed, the new site is completely modernized and is now based on Conimbo, a Drupal distribution on a SaaS basis.
Conimbo includes a full CMS, so that Komatsu staff can easily modify all the content of the site itself. Another benefit is that the site, which is currently in English and German, can be easily expanded into Spanish, Russian and Japanese. Conimbo also supports languages with non-Latin characters, which is important to a global company like Komatsu Mining Germany. Maintaining a site in multiple languages with editors across the globe is easy with Drupal.
With this renewed site, ONE Agency has entered the German market. Editor training to Komatsu Mining Germany has been given in German, and ONE Agency is planning to expand further into Germany via local partners.
The purpose of this 8 language website is to inspire visitors, mainly fabricators and architects, to create beautiful projects with aluminium, but also to increase traffic towards
www.reynaers.com, to create differentiation between Reynaers and its competition, and to improve brand awareness and familiarity.
ITV is the largest commercial television network in the UK. ITV Broadcasting's operations are made up of ITV’s family of channels: ITV1, ITV2, ITV3, ITV4 and CITV, and their HD and +1 equivalents. ITV1 is the largest commercial channel in the UK, consistently attracting the largest audiences of any UK commercial broadcaster. ITV Online also delivers content across multiple platforms such as itv.com and ITV Player.
For ITV Online, ONE Agency has developed an innovative Drupal multisite platform. This allows ITV to create and manage individual websites for all of its TV programmes without any hassle. It includes features such as Episode Overview, Performance & Contenstant overviews, News and Live Streaming.
The previous knowledge management system, which was extremely expensive to commission and to maintain, and also very time-consuming to change, has been replaced within a period of only three months. All existing features were ported to Drupal, and several were even enhanced. All visitors that surf to onlinesupport.telenet.be are now routed to the new Drupal infrastructure. But also the internal support staff of Telenet use the same Drupal platform as their knowledge base.
The powerful search function has been developed by using Apache Solr, and works in a multilingual mode. This development has been done together in splendid collaboration with Acquia Inc.
This Intranet, baptized "ServiceNet", is an extension into The Netherlands of the Belgian Intranet of ThePhoneHouse that was previously developed by ONE Agency.
It includes many features, such as a knowledge base, a chat function, store maps (integrated with Google Maps), news, private messaging, an address book, a search function, a message wall and much more. This Intranet enhances the communication between the staff at the headquarters of ThePhoneHousem and at the stores and illustrates the 'open' communication strategy of the company.
This Intranet has been developed with "Symfony Framework" (an open source framework), Lucene (a powerful open source search engine) and runs on a LAMP-stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
